“If you have raced with men on foot and they have wearied you, how will you contend with horses?”

Becoming BETAS

Smooth Transitions

“Neigh”borly Team Time

Employee morale low? Java breaks not doing the trick? Get your corporate team out of their cubicles for the day and treat them to some horse centered fun! Our corporate workshops are proven to boost employee drive by providing opportunities for them to collaborate outside the box, focus on leadership and problem solving skills, all while enjoying an incredibly fun and one-of-a-kind experience they will talk and laugh about for time to come. This is a bonding activity that can’t be beat and your employees will be motivated to quit being horses’ butts in a priceless way!

This program is designed specifically for young ladies and women in need of a boost of confidence. Termed from the hierarchy in a wolf pack, a Beta Wolf, often a female, is able to step into the alpha role when needed. A Beta is balanced and peaceful-qualities deemed as successful in us ladies. This program will give the feminine counterpart an opportunity to howl at the moon to be heard and respected and also to develop strong independence.

Life is full of ups and downs, unfortunately, and everyone faces challenges at some point or another. This program focuses on helping those dealing with big life changes-whether they are concentrating on recovery from addiction, moving on alone after divorce, or dealing with empty nest syndrome-this program is beneficial in that it teaches the life skills needed to positively cope with change. It teaches one how to redirect attention from nonproductive means to productive thinking and doing.

Trotting into your Teens

The Cathartic Cowboy

Let’s face it-teenage years are tough and most of us barely made it through them sane. Let’s give the next generation hope! Developed specifically for pre-teens, this program benefits those entering into their teenage years by preparing them for some of the challenges they’ll face and equipping them with the skills needed to trot into their teens with confidence and grace.

In the August 2024 edition of Western Horseman magazine, there is an article called, “Things We Don’t Talk About,” written by Kailey Sullins. She says that, “Mental health, depression and addiction are stigmatized in Western culture, but groups of working cowboys are banding together to encourage vulnerability and recovery through storytelling and connection,” in Elko, Nevada. I know, I know, it’s not cool for cowboys to talk about their feelings-that’s what they say anyway. But feeling brings healing, so why not make it cool for cowboys to do the healing work needed right here in the Cowboy Capital of the World? Come process through those emotions you’ve been bottling up inside that are eating you alive. Cowboys are used to leading their horses, but come experience how cathartic a horse leading a cowboy can be.

*Programs can be individualized or made for groups up to 8
